Buildings generate income automatically:

Income is automatically deposited in your wallet.
Reverse Mortgage

Mortgage a plot you already own to get quick cash (60% of value). You must repay with interest.

Prices vary based on:
- Location: Downtown = more expensive
- Zone: Commercial > Residential > Industrial
- Proximity: Near other buildings = more value
- Demand: More purchases = price rises
