🔄 Recurring Giveaways​

Giveaways that automatically recreate themselves when they end.

Configuration:

  • Frequency: Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly
  • Max Repetitions: 0 = unlimited
  • Inherited Configuration: Keeps prize, duration, and requirements

Use cases:

  • Weekly Nitro giveaway every Friday
  • Daily Yumes giveaway at 8:00 PM
  • Monthly big prize giveaway

📅 Scheduled Giveaways​

Schedule the exact start and end time of a giveaway.

Configuration:

  • Start Date/Time: Giveaway publishes automatically
  • End Date/Time: Giveaway ends automatically
  • Timezone: Respects your local timezone

Use cases:

  • Anniversary giveaway at 00:00 on the exact day
  • Event giveaway that starts and ends at specific times

⭐ Bonus Entries​

Grant additional entries to users with certain roles.

Example:

  • VIP Role: +5 entries
  • Booster Role: +3 entries
  • Member Role: +1 entry

A user with VIP role will have 6 total entries (1 base + 5 bonus).

🔒 Advanced Requirements​

Role-Based Access Control​

  • Allowed Roles: Only these roles can participate
  • Blocked Roles: These roles CANNOT participate
  • VIP Roles: Bypass all other requirements

Seniority and Level Requirements​

  • Minimum Level: Server leveling system
  • Account Age: Days since Discord account creation
  • Server Seniority: Days since joining the server

Visual Summary: The panel shows a clear summary: "Open to all" or "3 role(s) required, Level 5+, Account 30d+"

📝 Best Practices​

  • Flash (⚡): 15-30 minutes for high excitement
  • Standard: 24-72 hours for maximum participation
  • Mega Events: 7-14 days for special events

Requirements​

  • Don't overuse requirements: Too restrictive = less participation
  • Use VIP Roles: To reward valuable members without excluding others
  • Balance Bonus Entries: +5 is generous, +10 is excessive

Templates​

  • Create templates for your recurring giveaways
  • Name templates descriptively: "Weekly Nitro", "Flash 15min", etc.
  • Use system templates as starting point

🔧 Troubleshooting​

Giveaway doesn't end automatically​

  • Verify bot has permissions in the channel
  • Check that bot is online
  • Giveaways are saved and end on bot restart

Can't create more giveaways​

  • Free limit: 3 simultaneous giveaways
  • Upgrade to Premium for more giveaways

Analytics shows no data​

  • Analytics requires Server Premium Pro or higher
  • Data accumulates over time

CSV export is empty​

  • There must be at least one giveaway created
  • Check browser permissions for downloads
