Subcommands
/torneo crear
Create a new tournament
Parameters:

Join the active tournament

Leave the tournament (before it starts)

Start the tournament (creator only)

Cancel the tournament (creator only)

View current tournament status

- Participants generate images according to the theme
- Battles are voted on by reactions
