🏆 Advanced Ranking System

Yume-chan's ranking system is a comprehensive progression system that tracks your activity across multiple categories, with support for seasons, achievements, guilds, and prestige.

🎯 Overview​

The ranking system goes beyond simple message counting. It tracks your participation in multiple configurable categories, allows you to compete in teams (guilds), participate in seasons with Battle Pass, and unlock hundreds of achievements.

📊 Category System​

The ranking system uses dynamic categories that administrators can configure from the web panel. Each server can have different active categories.

💡 Visualization: Ranking commands generate interactive embeds with graphics and visual statistics. Each profile includes progress bars, medals, and personalized badges based on your achievements.

🎮 Ranking Commands​

/ranking - Main ranking system​

/ranking perfil [user]​

Shows a user's complete ranking profile.

Information displayed:

  • ⭐ Current level
  • 🔥 Prestige level
  • ✨ Total accumulated XP
  • 📊 Progress by category (messages, voice, battles, etc.)
  • 📈 Weekly and monthly progress
  • 🎯 Season level
  • 🏅 Featured achievements (if configured)

Shows the leaderboard for a specific category and period.

Category options:

  • global - Global ranking (all categories combined)
  • messages - Messages ranking
  • voice - Voice activity ranking
  • battles - Battles ranking

  • quests - Quests ranking
  • creative - Creative ranking
  • social - Social ranking

Period options:

  • weekly - Weekly ranking (resets each week)
  • monthly - Monthly ranking (resets each month)
  • season - Current season ranking
  • alltime - Historical ranking (all time)

Information displayed:

  • Top 20 users in the ranking
  • Medals 🥇🥈🥉 for the top 3 places
  • Your current position (if outside the top 20)

/ranking stats​

Shows your detailed statistics in all categories.

Information displayed:

  • 🏆 Your global position in each category
  • 📈 XP accumulated by category
  • 📅 Temporal progress (weekly, monthly, season)

Compare your statistics with another user's.

Information displayed:

  • Level and XP of both users
  • Prestige level of both
  • Progress in the current season

/ranking prestige​

Reset your level to 1 in exchange for permanent benefits.

Requirements:

  • You must be at level 500 or higher

Prestige benefits:

  • Special prestige badge ⭐
  • +10% permanent XP (accumulative per prestige)
  • Recognition in profile

What you keep:

  • ✅ All your Yumes
  • ✅ Unlocked achievements
  • ✅ Guild membership
  • ✅ Cosmetics and badges
  • ✅ Season progress

What you lose:

  • ❌ Level (return to 1)
  • ❌ Category rankings (reset)

🏰 Guild System​

Guilds are teams of players who compete together for rewards and recognition.

/guild crear <name>​

Create a new guild with the specified name.

Example:

Shows information about a guild. If you don't specify a name, shows your current guild.

Information displayed:

Note: The Guild Wars system allows guilds to compete against each other in special events for exclusive rewards and recognition.

🎯 Season System​

Seasons are limited time periods (usually 90 days) with Battle Pass and exclusive rewards.

🎁 What is the Battle Pass?​

The Battle Pass is a tiered reward system that runs during each season. It has two tracks (paths):

  • 🎁 Free Track: Available to all users. Includes basic rewards like Yumes, XP, and some special items.
  • 💎 Premium Track: Requires purchasing the Season Pass. Includes exclusive rewards, XP multipliers, custom backgrounds, unique badges, and much more.

How the Battle Pass Works:​

  1. You earn season XP by doing the same activities that level you up normally (messages, voice, battles, etc.)
  2. Each unlocked Battle Pass level gives you access to new rewards
  3. You claim rewards using /season reclamar
  4. Unclaimed rewards are lost at the end of the season

🏅 Achievement System​

The achievement system tracks your feats and rewards you for completing specific objectives.

/achievements (or /logros) - Achievement commands​

Shows available achievements, optionally filtered by category.

  • progression - Progression achievements
  • activity - Activity achievements
  • social - Social achievements

Information displayed:

  • Achievement status (✅ unlocked / 🔒 locked)
  • Achievement name and icon

🎯 Mission System​

Missions are daily and weekly objectives that grant additional XP and Yumes rewards.

/missions (or /misiones) - Mission commands​

Shows your active daily missions.

Information displayed:

  • Mission status (✅ completed / ⏳ in progress)
  • Mission name
  • 📊 Current progress / Goal
  • 🎁 Rewards (XP and Yumes)

Note: Daily missions reset every 24 hours.

Shows your active weekly missions.

  • Mission status (✅ completed / ⏳ in progress)

⚙️ System Configuration (Admin)​

Server administrators can configure the ranking system from the Web Panel at https://panel.yumechanbot.com.

Available Configuration Options​

General​

  • ✅ Enable/Disable system - Activates or deactivates the entire system
  • 🏆 Competitive mode - Stricter rankings with improved anti-cheat
  • 🎉 Event mode - Temporarily multiplies earned XP
  • 👁️ Public rankings - Allow viewing rankings without being on the server

Announcements and Notifications​

  • 📣 Announce winners - Automatically announces weekly/monthly winners
  • 📢 Announcement channel - Select the channel for announcements
  • 📊 Notify progress - Notify users about important milestones
  • 🎯 Announce records - Announce when server records are broken

Schedules and Resets​

  • 📅 Reset day - Configure which day weekly rankings reset (0-6, where 0 = Sunday)
  • ⏰ Reset hour - Configure the reset hour (0-23)
  • 🔄 Auto-reset - Enable automatic reset

Categories​

  • 📋 Active categories - Select which categories are enabled
  • Categories are defined in the server configuration file

Prizes and Rewards​

  • 🥇 Top 1, 2, 3 prizes - Configure Yumes and XP for top places

XP Multipliers​

  • 🌍 Global multiplier - Applies to the entire server (0.1x to 10x)
  • 🎉 Event multiplier - Multiplies XP during events
  • Individual category multipliers

Requirements and Filters​

  • 📊 Minimum level - Minimum level to appear in rankings
  • 💬 Minimum messages - Minimum amount of messages required
  • 🤖 Exclude bots - Excludes bots from rankings

📈 XP Calculation​

Base XP by Activity​

The XP you earn depends on the activity type:

  • 💬 Messages: 15 base XP per message (1-minute cooldown between messages)
  • 🎤 Voice: 2 XP per active minute in voice channels
  • 🖼️ Media: 10 XP per shared image/video
  • ⚔️ Battles: 50-200 XP per victory (depends on opponent)
  • 💰 Economy: Variable according to transactions and economic activity
  • 🎯 Missions: According to mission (25-500 XP)

Note: These are base values. Final XP is multiplied by configured multipliers (global, channel, role, event, prestige).

Multipliers​

Final XP is calculated as:

Final XP = Base XP × Global Multiplier × Channel Multiplier × Role Multiplier × Event Multiplier

Example:

  • Message base XP: 15 XP
  • Global multiplier: 1.5x
  • Channel multiplier: 2.0x
  • Event multiplier: 2.0x
  • Final XP = 15 × 1.5 × 2.0 × 2.0 = 90 XP

Prestige Multipliers​

Each prestige level grants a +10% permanent XP that accumulates:

  • Prestige 1: +10% (1.1x)
  • Prestige 2: +20% (1.2x)
  • Prestige 3: +30% (1.3x)
  • Prestige 5: +50% (1.5x)
  • Prestige 10: +100% (2.0x)

🔄 Ranking Resets​

Weekly Reset​

  • When: Configurable (default Monday at 00:00 UTC)
  • What resets: Weekly rankings of all categories
  • Prizes: Automatically delivered to top 3 (if configured)

Monthly Reset​

  • When: First day of the month at 00:00 UTC
  • What resets: Monthly rankings of all categories
  • Prizes: Automatically delivered to top 3 (if configured)

Season Reset​

  • When: At season end (approximately every 90 days)
  • What resets: Battle Pass progress, season rankings
  • Prizes: Special rewards for top 10 of the season
  • What's kept: Global level, prestige, achievements, Yumes

To Level Up Fast​

  1. Complete daily missions - Guaranteed rewards each day

❓ Frequently Asked Questions​

How do I level up?​

Earn XP by participating in the server: sending messages, being in voice, completing missions, winning battles, etc.

When do rankings reset?​

Weekly rankings reset on the day configured by admins (default Monday). Monthly ones on the 1st of each month. Seasonal ones at the end of the season.

What is prestige?​

Upon reaching level 500, you can reset to level 1 in exchange for a +10% permanent XP and a special badge. This bonus accumulates with each prestige.

How does the Battle Pass work?​

You earn season XP by doing the same activities that raise your normal level. Each Battle Pass level unlocks rewards on the free and premium tracks.

Do guilds cost anything?​

Creating a guild may have a cost in Yumes (configurable by admins). Joining a guild is always free.

Can I be in multiple guilds?​

No, you can only be in one guild at a time per server.

Do achievements give rewards?​

Yes, each achievement grants a specific amount of XP and Yumes when unlocked.

What happens if I don't complete the Battle Pass?​

Unclaimed rewards are lost at the end of the season. Make sure to claim everything before the end.

Do I lose my Yumes when prestiging?​

No, you keep all your Yumes, achievements, guild membership, and cosmetics. You only lose your level and ranking positions.

Are there different types of guilds?​

Yes. The ranking system has general guilds to compete in XP and rankings. Additionally, some servers may have game-specific guilds (like Albion Online) with their own commands and features.

How do I configure multipliers?​

Multipliers are configured from the web panel in the Rankings > Config section.
